ScandiFlames Austin Black - Small Freestanding Bioethanol Stove
Austin is a small freestanding bioethanol fireplace in a classic wood-burning stove design from the brand ScandiFlames. The fireplace is made from powder-coated steel and has a black finish which draws inspiration from the traditional wood-burning fireplaces. Measuring 45 x 60 x 36 cm and weighing 18 kg, its small size makes it a perfect fit for old traditional fireplace hearths and surrounds where the flue connection has been closed off, as well as for small rooms and spaces in general, since a bioethanol fireplace does not require any flue or ventilation.
The front of the fireplace features a glass door that can be opened to access the burner, where it is operated and refilled.
Burner and Heat Output
The included bioethanol burner is manually operated with an adjustable flame and heat effect, and has a fuel capacity of 1.0 litre, which can burn for approximately 5 hours on a complete refill. It provides a maximum heat output of about 1.6 kW, with a recommended minimum room size of 45 m³.
Since the burner is manually operated the fireplace doesn't require any connection of electricity, making the installation process quick and easy.
