Biopejs-shop.dk ApS is a company registered in Denmark and operates this website for international customers.

The company does not maintain a physical establishment, branch or registered office in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order on this website you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• The information you provide during the order process is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected.

3. Formation of Contract

When you place an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase goods.

After placing your order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send an order confirmation confirming that your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch.

If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, including pricing errors or stock availability, we will inform you as soon as possible and no contract will be formed.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Products may vary slightly from images shown.

Colours displayed on screens may differ depending on device settings.

Unless otherwise stated, accessories shown in product images are not included.

Some products may require assembly after delivery.

All measurements, weights and specifications are approximate and provided in good faith.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates are exported from the European Union without VAT.

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you place your order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes or inaccurate product descriptions.

6. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 working days when products are in stock.

Estimated delivery times to the UAE are typically 5–10 working days depending on transport method and customs clearance.

Large products may be shipped on pallets via freight carriers.

Delivery is normally made to the nearest accessible ground floor entrance (kerbside delivery).

Drivers are not required to carry goods inside buildings or properties.

Driver assistance with unloading heavy items cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, transport disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates are exported without VAT.

Import duties, local VAT, customs clearance fees and other charges may apply upon arrival of the goods in the UAE.

These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

8. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

9. Returns and Cancellation

For international orders we voluntarily offer a return period of up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned goods must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition where reasonably possible.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

10. Refunds

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Import duties, local VAT or customs fees paid by the customer cannot be refunded by the seller.

11. Installation and Safety Disclaimer

Certain products sold on this website require proper installation and safe use.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products are installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable local safety regulations.

We recommend installation by a qualified professional where appropriate.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biopejs-shop.dk ApS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity.

Customers should not arrange installation services until the goods have been received and inspected.
