Great product, smooth delivery. Having tried the CasusGrill on holiday in Italy, we wanted to buy it again after returning home to the Netherlands. Fantastic product, perfect for our small fireplace where we wanted the cosy glow of flame without the messiness of a real fire. Minor issue with the remote control but a replacement was sent which arrived the following day.
