Great product, smooth delivery. Having tried the CasusGrill on holiday in Italy, we wanted to buy it again after returning home to the Netherlands. Turned out that this single use grill is not available anywhere here, so we bought several of them online. They got delivered quickly and smooth. 100% satisfied.

Great customer service by Sarah. Unfortunately the store was out of stock of the lotus planks but I had already put an order in. Delivery would have been after Xmas but the kind customer service advisor Sarah went the extra mile and ordered an alternative fireplace at no extra cost and offered some free fuel also as compensation. Very pleased with this service and kind gesture. Thank you so much Sarah. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

I saw the fire inserts on Instagram and was worried it would look really fake in real life - but it looks great - you need quite few ceramic logs to cover up / hide the silver insert and I wish it gave off a bit more heat - but it is aesthetically very pleasing and feels as close to a real fire as we can get without spending thousands on fixing our chimney.
