I saw the fire inserts on Instagram and was worried it would look really fake in real life - but it looks great - you need quite few ceramic logs to cover up / hide the silver insert and I wish it gave off a bit more heat - but it is aesthetically very pleasing and feels as close to a real fire as we can get without spending thousands on fixing our chimney.

Reliable and trustworthy company with very helpful staff, especially Virginia. Very happy with my fire insert but disappointing that neither the original or replacement remote control did not work, despite my replacing the battery. However they were very apologetic and offered to replace the whole unit, but I decided to just use it as it was so they credited me with £50 plus the £3 battery charge which was very fair. Would certainly recommend them.

Great product, smooth delivery. Having tried the CasusGrill on holiday in Italy, we wanted to buy it again after returning home to the Netherlands. Turned out that this single use grill is not available anywhere here, so we bought several of them online. They got delivered quickly and smooth. 100% satisfied.
