Excellent product. Simple, efficient, clean and looks great. Great service from Biofireplace BUT. The total zero buffoon who delivered the heater. I get it. His life may be crap. But he was uncommunicative.

The best purchase- don't think, just do! From start to finish it was a great experience to purchase. As I wasn't able to view the product due to location, I had video call with the agent who talked me through and showed me the exact product I was purchasing. This gave me confidence to order… and I am so glad I did as it's fabulous!

Reliable and trustworthy company with very helpful staff, especially Virginia. Very happy with my fire insert but disappointing that neither the original or replacement remote control did not work, despite my replacing the battery. However they were very apologetic and offered to replace the whole unit, but I decided to just use it as it was so they credited me with £50 plus the £3 battery charge which was very fair. Would certainly recommend them.
